Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 5 business days of purchase. Please make sure the address is correct, including any 3rd party apps if you checkout with those, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

Stella & Gray provides tracking on all orders through USPS.com. 

Stella & Gray is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.
